WHAT TYPES OF HEALTH INSURANCE DO YOU ACCEPT?
We are currently working on enrolling into most major insurance companies. At this time, we are currently accepting:
Deseret Mutual Benefit Administrators (DMBA)
Educators Mutual Insurance (EMI)
WHAT IS YOUR NEW PATIENT PROCEDURE?
We strive to make this as painless as possible and provide convenient options for you. Here's the general flow:

1. Book an appointment, either online, call in, or text. If you have insurance that we accept and you would like to use, please provide the policy and group numbers so we may get that portion of your visit figured out prior to your arrival. You may provide that over the phone or when you book your appointment online.

2. Fill out paperwork. Uuugggg...I know, right? It has to be done though. We have a couple options for you. A.) You are welcome to arrive a few minutes early to fill it out by hand or B.) You may fill out the online form when you book your appointment online.

3. Arrive for your appointment if you haven't already done so to do the previous step. At this point, we will guide you to the treatment room and have you take a seat on the treatment table. We don't have our patients dress into a hospital gown, but we may ask that you remove any bulky layers or shoes. Don't worry, we like to keep the temperature comfortable and we have blankets if you like. We will proceed with discussing your current condition and complaints and perform a functional exam, Dr. Jeffords will explain everything he's doing and the purpose behind it. Sometimes, X-rays and additional testing is warranted.
4. Dr. Jeffords will explain his findings and work with you on creating a treatment plan based on your needs and goals.
DO I NEED A DOCTOR’S REFERRAL?
Chiropractors are what is considered "Portal of entry" Doctors. This portal refers to the entry of a person into health care. Therefore, you don't need a referral from any other Doctor to see a Doctor of Chiropractic. If there are conditions that are either beyond our capacity or scope of practice, we will refer you for the appropriate treatment/care
